Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for Prime PhotoAI subscriptions. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions. Nothing in this Policy limits mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under applicable law.

1. Subscription Billing

  • Prime PhotoAI is sold as a recurring monthly subscription. You are charged in advance at the start of each billing cycle.
  • Each cycle grants a monthly allowance of credits used to generate creatives.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments.

2. Cancellation

  • You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us.
  • Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
  • After the period ends, only recurring monthly credit grants stop. Cancelling does not automatically refund the current period.
  • Credits you have already received stay in your account. They are not removed when you cancel, and you can continue to use your remaining balance.

3. General Refund Policy

Because the Service delivers digital goods that are generated and delivered immediately, and computing resources are consumed at the moment of generation, subscription fees and credits are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or as expressly stated in this Policy. In particular, we do not provide prorated cash refunds for partial billing periods. Note that this is separate from your credits themselves: credits you have already received remain in your account and stay usable even after you cancel (see Section 8).

4. Statutory Withdrawal Rights (EU / UK and similar)

If you are a consumer in the EU, UK, or a jurisdiction with a statutory cooling-off period, you may have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. However, by starting to use the Service and generating content during this period, you request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal for digital content that has been supplied and consumed. Where a valid withdrawal right still applies, contact us and we will honor it as required by law.

5. Failed Generations

If a generation fails due to a technical error on our side, the credits for that generation are automatically restored to your balance. This credit restoration is our standard remedy for failed generations and is not a monetary refund.

6. Service Issues

If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from using the Service:

  • Contact our support team as soon as possible with details.
  • We will work to resolve verified issues promptly.
  • Where appropriate, we may issue additional credits as a goodwill remedy.

7. Billing Errors & Disputed Charges

If you believe you were charged in error:

  • Contact us at admin@primephotoai.com with the transaction details.
  • We will investigate legitimate billing errors and correct verified mistakes, including issuing a refund where a genuine error occurred.
  • Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly.

8. Credits

Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money. Credits you purchase or receive are yours to keep: they are added to your balance, do not expire when you cancel, and remain available for you to use. Credits are consumed as you generate creatives, with the amount depending on the template and output resolution.
